Day at the Park

Fortunately I have had the entire week off work since I'm in between jobs.  Mary Hyatt and I have been super busy running errands and attending all kinds of appointments to get us both ready for this next week, but we did manage to squeeze in some fun here and there as well.  One day it was so warm outside that it felt like spring.  I couldn't resist enjoying the nice weather so we went on a walk to a park in our neighborhood.

A couple of weeks ago on the way home from church, Ben and I had passed by a random park and saw baby swings.  Even though we were all still in our church clothes we decided to stop and see if MH liked the swing. We honestly didn't know what to think.  We weren't sure if she would still be too small and would hate it or if she would just be indifferent.  To our surpirse, she LOVED it. She laughed and laughed and laughed.

So, this particular day I knew we needed to go swing again.  She loved it just as much this time as she did the first time.

She grinned and grinned, and laughed and laughed.

She kept squealing with excitement.  It was so cute!

This particular park was covered up this day.  There were children and moms/dads running around everywhere. MH also loved watching all of the people.

It was such a fun little outing.  I am really looking forward to this Spring when we can get out more. I'm certain we will be spending a lot of time at this park!
